SURE MAXIMUM PROTECTION CHALLENGE - SPORT STRENGTH

Sweating...we all do it. 2015, the first year in a long time that I've been a regular gym-goer, and my everyday deodorants just weren't cutting it, so I was looking forward to trialling the new Sure Maximum Protection Sport Strength Deodorant.

Sure Maximum Protection Sport Strength Deodorant
With twice the protection against sweat and wetness, than the best selling antiperspirant, "Sure Maximum Protection, it won't let you down" - it sure didn't, even on days when I forgot to bring my deodorant with me to the gym the long lasting formula ensured that what I had applied that morning was still working come 6pm gym time!

I found this deodorant really delivered on not only sweat prevention - but also on skin protection, my underarms felt noticeably smoother. I think two of the most important things at the gym for me, to ensure I get a good workout are feeling comfortable in the clothes that I am wearing, and feeling confident that I've got a good deodorant on. Sweating is for some reason embarrassing even though we all do it - and even in situations where it is less embarrassing, such as after a hard workout, it can be inconvenient, for example: if you've got to run for a train and shower at home, you don't want to worry on the train that you're sweaty. A reliable deodorant is one less thing to worry about.

Since I've been going to the gym (fairly) regularly since Jan time, I'm trying to up my routine at the moment, replacing a lot of the cycling with the more intense rowing, upping my weights and reps, and trying out some new moves that colleagues have shared with me. A few of the girls in my office are having PT sessions, and they kindly share with me tips that they've learnt.

I tend to wear all black to the gym, I think mostly for ease. Hopefully you can see from the above post workout phoyo that I didn't end up with deodorant marks all over me, and it may be tricky to tell from the photo... but my armpits didn't have a sweat patch in sight!

I have never been a cream deodorant user before - always opting for an aerosol, but I'm actually a convert. It takes up less room in your bag, the application is a lot more even, no worry of spraying deodorant all over your black gym kit - plus it is better for the environment.
