Blonde Hair Care - Getting Rid of Brassy Tones

I love love love being (bottle) blonde, but a big problem I suffer with is brassy tones and dull/dry hair. This month I've been trying out a couple of new products to get my hair looking ashy and glossy.

The first product is  ‘BlowTones’ by Pimps and Pinups which is exclusive to ASOS and helps to eliminate brassy tones. This product is multipurpose - not only is it a heat protector spray but it also has a non-permanent colour toner (in a light purple to combat those yellowy/orange tones) as well as conditioning the hair and adding shine. What I love about this range is that they are ammonia free, affordable, and the bottles are a pretty good size at 150ml each so that will probably last me a couple of months.
I've been using my BlowTones spray for about 2 weeks now, and I love it - you're not going to notice a huge difference in your colour straight away. However, the more you use it, the more the tone of your hair will improve. I never usually wear a leave in conditioner, so the added advantage of this product is that my hair hasn't been drying out and frizzing up in this mini heatwave!

I'm a total sucker for great packaging - so the second product that I've been trialling is the Bleach London Reincarnation Mask. This hair mask claims to hydrate thirsty, bleached our coloured hair and to improve elasticity. I've been using this product twice a week for the purpose of reviewing it, and I've really noticed a big difference in my hairs manageability - so long tangles bigger than comedy tumbleweeds, hello glossy locks!

This product is significantly cheaper than other hair masks that I've tried - and I believe it's really great value for money as it actually does what it says on the tin. I picked mine up in Boots for £6 (200ml size) and I would strongly recommend that anyone with over-processed hair, or simply wanting to make there haircare routine a little more manageable to give this product a go.
